 FVREB releases July Home Sales Statistics

Fraser Valley Real Estate Board just released the July housing statistics which showed a continued slide in sales due in part by the interest rate hikes and inflation. The market is balancing for detached homes and townhomes with a slight edge given to Sellers in the Condo market, and the Benchmark Price continues to fall for the fourth consecutive month, but still up over this time last year.
