Trade Policy

Over the past 35 years, Greyfriars Realty has perfected the trade policy within our industry. We are one of the very few firms that offer our clients a guaranteed sale on their own home, if they are buying another home through one of our realtors.

The guarantee on the trade varies, but is approximately 5-7% below market value, and allows you to make a non-subject offer on your purchase, preferably with a 90-120 day completion date.
