Joanne Bonetti

I was born and raised in Langley.  Was a member of Otter 4-H Lamb Club, Langley Pony Club, a soccer player and gymnastics.  I still enjoy an active lifestyle and frequently run around Strawberry Hills with our family dog.  My interests include skiing, biking, working out, puzzles and reading.  I’ve been married for over 12 years and have two beautiful daughters.  Family is very important to me and one of the reasons I chose Real Estate as a career. With the flexible hours and the ability to work from home, it becomes a lifestyle, rather than a job.

I have had a very successful few years as a Licensed Realtor.  I am currently on the MLS Medallion, prior to this I was an assistant to my Father, Jeff Stephenson.  From whom, I have learned a great deal.  By far my favorite part of this business is meeting some wonderful people, and going through that excitement of finding them the perfect new house.  I have lived in the Langley area my whole life, I very familiar with all the changes taking place.  Where the schools are, best commuter routes, shopping, entertainment and the new developments coming up.  I have a number of clients moving east and getting into small acreages.  Being on a drilled well and a septic field, can be quite intimidating, but with my contacts in those areas,  I can help them understand and be comfortable with the transition.  Langley is a great place to live, and I would be more than happy to show you some fantastic places.
