I have been an enthusiastic  resident of  the Fraser Valley for over 40 years.  I have chosen to live and raise my family in the Langley area because I think this is the best place to live in the lower mainland.  Since 2005 I have gained experience at many levels of the real estate business and bring a unique mix of skills to marketing real estate in a community I am proud to be a part of.

Real Estate is my passion and I truly enjoy every minute of it. Meeting new clients and helping them to prepare for the sale of or purchasing a home. This can be a very stressful time but at the same time very exciting. My goal is to walk my clients through every step and provide them with the knowledge of the real estate market and to negotiate the best price.

House hunting is a horrendous job, but with Gloria we had an amazing experience we had our wish list and our budget. My wife and I recently decided to sell our rental apartment, located in Surrey, BC.  We contacted Greyfriars Realty Ltd to arrange a meeting to list the apartment.  We met at the apartment with both Jeff Stephenson (Owner) and Gloria McGalliard (Real Estate Agent) to review the apartment and discuss the details regarding the listing.

The apartment was vacant and had been freshly painted and cleaned in preparation to list the property for sale.  Both Jeff and Gloria agreed the apartment could be listed immediately and arranged for a photographer to take pictures.  Before we determined the listing price, Gloria was prepared with a list of properties, in the same area, which were either still listed or had been recently sold.  We also discussed the current condition of the real estate market for the area, more specifically apartments.

The service and personal attention we received from both Gloria McGalliard & Jeff Stephenson was exceptional and more than met our expectations.  Gloria kept us informed regarding any showings and provided us with the feedback from the other Realtors and/or their clients regarding the apartment.  Jeff & Gloria understood our expectations regarding the final sale price of the apartment and therefore, they were able to work with the other Realtors to ensure a reasonable offer was presented to us.  An offer was accepted and both the seller and buyer were satisfied with the deal.
